我親愛的孩子
面對生活中的挑戰，你是否感到疲憊呢？彷彿已經走在沙漠裡面好一陣子了，但卻遍尋不著可以喝的水，感到口乾舌燥。
快來到我的面前，因為我要把生命的水賜給你，而且要讓你成為一個在困難的環境中，能夠給予別人祝福的人，
讓我住在你的心裡面吧，因為這生命的水，將要透過你的幫助，成為更多人的祝福！

My Dear Child,
Are you feeling weary in the face of life’s challenges?
It may feel as if you’ve been wandering in the desert for a long time, searching for water but finding none, leaving you parched and dry.
Come before Me quickly, for I will give you the water of life,
And I will make you someone who can bring blessings to others, even in difficult circumstances.
Let Me dwell in your heart, for this water of life
Will flow through you and become a blessing to many others!

人若喝我所賜的水就永遠不渴。我所賜的水要在他裏頭成為泉源，直湧到永生。」-約翰福音4:14

親愛的天父，
感謝祢賜下生命的活水，滋潤我的靈魂。
當我感到疲憊時，求祢幫助我定睛於祢，
將我的心打開，讓祢的活水湧入我的生命。
並求祢透過我成為他人的祝福，帶出祢的愛和盼望。
奉主耶穌的名禱告，阿們。
Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for giving me the living water that nourishes my soul. When I feel weary, help me to focus on You and open my heart to let Your living water flow into my life. May You work through me to bless others, bringing Your love and hope to them.
In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
